Guidelines for Local Laws

The Better Practice Local Laws Website: LGPro with support from Local Government Victoria (LGV) has developed a suite of online resources to equip Council officers in Victoria to achieve better and consistent practice in local law making. This educative website including the Guidelines for Local Laws and other resources has been designed for and by officers to guide Councils through the processes of preparing for, creating, implementing, enforcing and reviewing local laws.
